Term of Service

By commissioning me for custom artwork, you are agreeing to the terms of service outlined belowIf you have any questions regarding the ToS (terms of service),please ask these before we enter into an agreement.
We’re in full agreement when the payment has been transferred.

GENERAL DISCLAIMERS
The artist reserves the right to deny any commission for any reason without having to disclose why.

When you orderContact me on my mail or on any of my social media
Good reference of your or all characters you wanna in the drawing or a very good clear description of your character/ characters
What kind of drawing
Be detailed and descriptive.

PAYMENT & FEESPayment is due after the sketch is done
Accept the following currencies: Euro Coin (€) and Swedish Kronor (SEK).
I accept payment through Paypal.
I will send you a invoice after you have approved the sketch
For Swedish residents I accept payment through Swish in Swedish Kronor.

REFUNDSIf you wish to cancel your commission you can have your money refunded.
If I have completed a part of the commission I will charge you for the work I've put in.
Refunds in any shape or form will not be available if the commission has been completed.

PROCESS & WORK SCHEDULEI will send over a sketch for approval before continuing the commission. I will accept one complete revision at the sketch stage.
I will show WIPs throughout the commission process.
I will always do my best to complete your commission within a timely manner, but please understand that sometimes life may get in the way and cause a delay in completing your commission. I will notify you as soon as possible of any issues that come up to keep you informed.

WHAT YOU RECEIVEYou will receive the following after client approvals at the appropriate stages of the commission process. Images are always sent as PNG
Final artwork.

COPYRIGHT & USAGE POLICYI, artist retains full rights to the commissioned artwork and has the full rights to display it on any personal website, gallery, social media, journal, portfolio or similar venue.
When you receive your artwork you are free to do with it as you please, including
☆ Use as an icon on your social media sites
☆ Post it to your social media sites
☆ Print it on personal merch (FOR PERSONAL USE)
And I always appreciate it if you give me credit as xSnarfy or Snarfy and link it to one of my socialmedia.
You may not use commissioned artwork (unless agreed prior upon) for the following purposes
☆Claim the artwork as your own
☆Print it on items and sell for profit, giveaways, charity, etc.
☆Mass producing items with my art on it for profit, charity, etc.
☆Use the commissioned piece in any technology related to NFTs, cryptocurrency, or AI.
I do not claim the ownership rights to any of the characters I am commissioned to draw, only the artwork.
